Julius Hildebrandt advises and represents international corporations, small and medium-sized companies and start-ups in all areas of IT law, data protection law and in all areas of intellectual property and copyright law. His main focus is on providing support for complex M&A transactions with regard to IP/IT and data protection issues.
Julius Hildebrandt studied law at the University of Heidelberg, specializing in corporate law. After passing his first state law exam, he worked as a research assistant at a major law firm in Frankfurt in the areas of corporate and real estate law while working on his doctorate. He is currently doing his doctorate on the subject of beneficial ownership in the law of the transparency and private registers. He completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg. Julius Hildebrandt has been working for KNPZ since 2024.
