Moritz Lütke Schwienhorst provides legal advice in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark, design, and competition law. He represents nationally and internationally active companies in the enforcement and defense of trademarks and other industrial property rights. Furthermore, he advises on the legal coordination of crossborder introductions of new trademarks as well as marketing and advertising campaigns. In this context, he assumes charge of both advising his clients out of court and representing them in court.
Moritz Lütke Schwienhorst completed his law studies at the University of Hamburg, where his main focus of study was in information and communication. Following his studies in Hamburg, he completed an LL.M. degree with a focus on intellectual property at the University of Cape Town. Before beginning his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, he worked as a research assistant for the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.
After his legal clerkship, Moritz Lütke Schwienhorst worked as an attorney for Hogan Lovells in trademark and competition law.
