Johanna Bornholdt

Johanna Bornholdt provides legal advice in the area of press and personality law, in copyright law, in all areas of intellectual property law. Her work encompasses, in particular, advising on matters of press and copyright law, as well as representing media companies both in and out of court. Another focus is on trademark and competition law. She represents companies in the enforcement and defense of trademarks and other intellectual property rights and advises on the introduction of new trademarks as well as marketing and advertising campaigns. In tandem with her law studies at the University of Hamburg with an emphasis on information and communication, Ms. Bornholdt also completed a bachelor’s degree in media science. She completed her traineeship at, inter alia, Studio Hamburg Distribution & Marketing GmbH, in the area of copyright law, at Norddeutschen Rundfunk (North German Broadcasting Corporation), as well as at various law firms specializing in press law and intellectual property.

Johanna Bornholdt has been at KNPZ Rechtsanwälte since 2010.
